A doctor can make discharge information on a patient

Send all requests with headers include:

"token":token_from_auth

"role":the_role_when_you_auth

Make a Discharge info

POST /v1/discharge/{doctorid}/{patientid}

to make discharge info of a patient, post with data like this:

Edit discharge info of a patient
